Every late afternoon I try to get in the water for a little surf session before the sunset. Things have changed quite a bit in the water since I first started surfing here in Hawai’i, for one thing it’s a lot more crowded on the other hand it’s amazing how many young women are in the line up every evening.
Here’s a little homage to all those longboarding ladies that as they paddle by me every evening they ask me: “Howzit unko?”

Original art on surfboard, this board has been shaped on a repurposed polyurethane blank, using acrylic paints and Posca markers underneath the polyester resin that has a gloss polished finish.
73×19″, comes with stainless steel hanging brackets.
Although the surfboard shape is meant to be functional, it’s not meant to be surfed on, but to be displayed as an art piece.
