Night Dive

I’ve worked with freediver Cassie Manner on the art design for her dive fin model and this piece was inspired by one of the sketches I made of her.
I haven’t done any night diving myself, and to be honest in the past few months I haven’t had time to dive at all, but it’s something that really intrigues me and it’s on my bucket list.

We recently had a show at the Hualalai Four Seasons and we decided to adapt the painting for a print, since Kona is one of the places where you can see these magnificents rays at night.

The original piece is an acrylic on canvas of 20×30″ and only available at Wyland Galleries in Haleiwa.
