Lola

I was looking for inspiration while going through pages of a surfing magazine, when I stumbled into a spread page ad with an incredible elegant shot of Lola Mignot taken in Mexico by Australian photographer Emy Dosset, BOOM!! my next painting was laying right there in front of my eyes.

Contacted Emy and sent her a photo of the finished piece, a few months later I was invited to show my art in El Salvador and the producer told me that he had an extra ticket from Mexico, so if I knew an artist there to let him know. Lucky enough Emy was available for traveling and we ended up showing together, we also got to surf that incredible point break in El Salvador.
